How to Open a Nissan Murano Gas Cap

1. Take any items out of the trunk, making room to lift the spare tire cover. There is a hook inside the hatch to which the cover can be tethered in order to keep it out of the way.
2. Remove the small bin cover on the back left side. Below you will see a box with two bolts securing it in place.
3. Remove the bolts with the wrench. Maneuver the box out of its resting place.
4. Locate a fabric panel inside. Pull it far enough away from the side of the car so that you can slip your hand behind the panel with ease.
5. Look for a white arm protruding from where the fender is. Pull the arm and the gas cap will open.
